Once I was done I would bring it to life which in turn would add the arms and legs to the genie.
After choosing the head/body I was able to give it features such as horns or tails. I was also able to decide how tall, long, or big I'd like to make each one. I went through the few different body styles that were available, even though there were only a few to choose from each one was able to be put on the wall in multiple ways which would change the design. At first there are only a few body styles to choose from but I was able to unlock about 20 or so before the end of the game. The story was small and simple but still emotional as it slowly reveals why the town has been turned into a ghost town, why the other kids are bullies, and just how quickly darkness can consume anyone and anything.Īfter I got my magic paintbrush the game allowed me to create a "genie" on the concrete wall (Hence the title of the game). While chasing after my drawing something magical happened, Luna came to life, it then gave me a magic paint brush and a mission to bring life back to the town while cleaning up the "Darkness" that the pollution had caused. Fortunately some of my drawings had blown all the way up there including my favorite drawing which I called Luna. They took my book of drawings, ripped out the pages, threw them into the wind, then jammed me into a tram and sent me to the lighthouse of all places. Then to add on to the fact that I was basically living in a ghost town, I was also being bullied by a bunch of hoodlums my age. I was Ash, a young teenage (I'm assuming) artist who was living in an old town where most of the residents had moved away to find work after an oil tanker ship crashed on the coast and polluted the island.
